STEP 1 - Prep
We throughly clean the entire parking lot asphalt of any debris by removing any overgrown grass or weeds in the cracks and blowing and brushing surface of the asphalt.
STEP 2- Crack Repair
Hot Tar is heated in a kettle up to 450 degrees and poured into the larger cracks.
STEP 3- Hand brush
What sets us apart from the rest is we always HAND BRUSH the edges of your asphalt BEFORE we spray with our commercial sprayer.
This will help reduce the overspray on your sidewalks, curbing & concrete parking stops.

RECYCLED ASPHALT
Recycled Aspahlt is an affordable solution for asphalt pavement restoration and is often used as a cheaper alternative to repaving.
These small bits of asphalt are laid down with a paving machine and then compacted with immense pressure to form a road, driveway, or parking lot.

Below is the image of a local VFW. They called us wanting an estimate for paving an extra parking lot area.
Instead of paving it with hot mix asphalt, they decided to grade it with millings, saving over $10,000!

Asphalt millings are just crushed asphalt, so the carbon footprint is much lower than fresh asphalt or other paving materials.
The asphalt millings actually harden and form stronger bonds over time and they even produce less dust and dirt than gravel.
